Chester Road

This lovely detached house in Northwood had an existing rear extension but the extension contributed very little to the quality of the living accommodation on the ground floor.  A new extension was therefore created to provide additional space so that the kitchen and rear sitting room could merge together and copious daylight was introduced through the large rooflights positioned in the gently sloping flat roof.  The result was an informal living area merging with a new fitted kitchen and with uninterrupted views into the beautifully landscaped rear garden.
