The conversion of a terraced property in Southfields from a shop on the ground floor with a flat above created a spacious single dwelling house.  The property was extensively refurbished with the addition of an extension at the rear and a loft conversion at roof level to create a three bedroomed house with generous living rooms.  The photographs of the rear extension show how the informal kitchen and dining area in the rear addition connects with the patio at the rear via wide bi-folding doors and the large roof lights bring brightness into the extension.
